Elevus is recruiting a Supervisor for Costumer Support with native/fluent level of the Italian language. Our client is a global business process outsourcer, specializing in customer experience and payment management in addition to sales and marketing services across voice, social and digital channels.

 

Job Description:

- Daily Management of the Customer Service Team;

- Ensure that the operational KPIs and methodologies of the company are achieved;

- Analyze and develop action plans:

- Motivation of the team in order to achieve the goals set;

- Ensure the achievement of objectives;

- Monitor, evaluate and ensure control of the team;

- Analyze KPIs and Reporting.

 

Requirements:

- Native/fluent level of Italian (mandatory);

- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Contact Center or Help Desk environment (mandatory);

- Higher education is preferred;

- Goal orientated;

- Good communication skills and customer orientation;

- Analytical Ability;

- Leadership Capacity.
